My Mother-In-Law lives in a Town House in NJ she called me today and said that the neighbor called the property manger complaining of a leak in his garage. They looked into the leak and found that her AC condenser drain line was leaking into his garage.The condenser is located on a second floor balcony in a outside storage room, the condenser line goes across the balcony then down through the neighbors garage wall and then to the outside of the building. I am wonder if you can run the condenser line through another persons garage. The property manager wants her to pay for the damage to the neighbors garage I just want to make sure that the drain line is run to NJ building code before we pay for the damage.
