  1. No thats all the pics I got but I can tell you it looked like somebody just taped the wires together. My client was on the roof with me and I advised him not to get too close and to consult and electrician to evaluate the entire electrical system
  2. Ok There is a lot here so I will just give you the pics and wait for the bombardment. Yes this was all in one inspection at a 1962 house. Overall not bad but lots of electrical problems. The original aluminum wiring had been bypassed through the sub panel there was no ground rod to the house and some outlets tested open ground and some tested ok. The A/C cut off well I got blisters on my fingers by the time I was done typeing.   3. I did this inspection the other day. The electric water heater temperature/Pressure relief valve was diverted to the plumbing drain with tubing labeled for a fish tank water pump.   5. Ok guys this is a zinsco panel in my own house. I'm new at this so tell me everyting I need to know about it and don't hold back. The other pic is the junction box to the condensing unit and the conduit, or should I say what's left of it going to the condensing unit.   6. Thanks for the info. WOW thats good to know because in San Antonio I have seen alot of them out there and did not know the danger.
  7. Ok I am new to the business, I have a house wih zinsco breakers. Other than being very expensive at home depot what is so dangerous about them?
