what could be brown and dripping down from ceiling of my home. It is a little bit sticky. I also see it on the ceiling of my living room. We had a new roof put in about 6 years ago. It's a semi-flat roof. Could it be from the roof paper or the new wood put on first? I also see dripping occasionally from wood rafters (uncovered by drywall) in the garage
