    Yes it is. Also there is a problem with some erosion under the concrete at the front of the house. I will take a picture and post it tomorrow.

    I am a looking to buy my first home and found a house I like. However, it looks like there are some major issues with the stone on the house. For example, the grout is gone is some places and the stone has fallen out in some places. Is this a serious issue, or a simple fix? Thanks for your help. Click to Enlarge 63.98 KB
