Thank you all for the advice. I looked at the bearings and that was my culprit. No more squeaks!

John, I have only heard it while the blower is running. It is a bird like chirp and I can't tell what part of the furnace it is coming from. It is a short chirp so hard to catch real well.

My Conquest 90 furnace has just started chirping every 2-3 minutes. It is still producing heat and the fan runs properly. I see nothing wrong with the system and can't find anything about a chirp. Any ideas??
