    I am hoping someone can help me out. I did an inspection today and ran across a CEB MB40-QA Combination Panel. I recall reading that some CEB panels had been recalled but I never did get the actual Cat Number. The home is approximately 27 years old which, if I recall, would of been about the time of this panels production. I have attached a couple of pictures in hopes of spurring someones memory. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you

    Thank you. I was racking my miniscule brain as to what else it could be and came up with nothing...which is nothing new.

    that this is or is not asbestos. It is not typical in my area but it was about an hour down the road where an old American Air base was located but that was cleaned up before I ever seen any. It has a pastey feel to it. Thank you

    I am hoping someone can tell me what this is. The home is 16 (approx.) and this siding is very uncommon in my area. It has the texture of brick also.

    Aston 2000

    Hi Everyone, Hope someone can help me. I have been asked by someone about how an Aston 2000 works. I have never seen one but they said that there are three vents. One of them goes to the outside and the other two go into the home. The unit is located in the attic. I am guessing that this strictly exhausts the air from the home. Can anyone tell me if this is true or give me any information about this unit? Thank you Keith

    I am hoping someone can help me. I ran across an attic with a bathroom fan vented into it and identified the black on the sheathing as mold or mildew. A restoration company came in and sprayed the attic with a white spray. Could anyone guess if this is a satisfactory remediation technique? The client wants them to scrub it. Also, does anyone know where we could get a good test kit? Home inspection is new in this area so I have run into alot of doubters and want to be able to cover all of the bases. They must of had a big sale on bathroom fans but forgot to tell people they need to vent them somewhere besides the attic. Thank you
