Hi, sorry for my bad english (not first language, and I'm very tired). I hope that You will understand me... I have something like that in bathroom, on ventilation. Bathroom was flooded/ing for 3 months (water on the ceiling, electric cables, walls, flor...) by my neighbors. This ventilation looks like I was never clean it...
