Concerned lady

I know the above was years ago and wondered what ever was the cause. I have a house pre 1900. I had the carpeting and padding pulled up in 2020. I just found out that the painted floors in the upstairs bedroom have lead paint. Furniture has been moved around creating scrapes. Walls are plaster and have a light sour smell and room does pick up the smell too. Who should I contact to get to the bottom of this.
