  1. Good day, When inspection condo units and there is no water meter is it safe to say that there would be no municipal shut off outside the unit. There would be one main for the entire unit. The buyer was concerned that when he current owner repaired his own driveway that he may have covered the municipal shut off. Now that the current owner has done the repairs himself, the condo corp will not take responsibility to make any future repairs.
  2. Thanks for the feed back. Sorry about the Habs...
  3. Good moring all. Recently inspection a Townhouse/condo unit and noticed that the flashing was pulling way from the exterior brick on the fire wall. Since 'exterior' issues on these units are the responsibility of the condo corp's it is their responsibility to fix the issue. I would like to sugest to the buyer a economical way to fix this issue in the case the condo corp takes there sweet time on addressing the issue. Any suggestions or should I just let the client know to go after the condo corp to make the repair(s). Click to Enlarge 38.65 KB Click to Enlarge 45.38 KB Please let me know Thanks Rod

  5. Thank you Scott, I went out to a local Electrical supply shop today and was given samples from 14 - 2awg. This will help me out with determining the correct wire guage to fuse/breaker. Again, Thank's Rod Howes
  6. Good day everyone, I had this questions posted under Roofing, guess I have this forum thing figured out. Wish wiring was that easy. Not sure if anyone knows where to get a Gauge tester, other than Professional Instruments?
