    I've just received delivery of a new mobile home for my mother.. This home is located in southern Louisiana (i.e. wet and dame). The home is sided with vinyl over OSB but has NO moisture barrier. Quiestion is, does 2006 IRC R703.4 apply to mobile homes also?? Just thought I'd ask the Pros. Thanks..Pete
