Appraiser Guy

I'm a commercial appraiser in CA & I also appraise single-family homes. What is your industry teaching about this issue and where can I get some first hand information from professionals like your selves about what to look for, how to spot problems caused by this drywall, etc. Any help or information would be appreciated!
