Yeah the expense is no problem if it does not work out, I could just give it away to good will or something. I would not be able to put an exhaust fan in there, unfortunately. I was really hoping to be able to give it a shot. I'm not too familiar with being able to monitor if there is damage taking place to the garage though. You don't seem to think it's that risky to try it? How could I monitor the situation to make sure no damage is occurring? I would much to prefer to have it in my backyard but there is an HOA here and I would have to go through a lot of trouble to put one in the back yard. The reason is because water is paid by the hoa and we all pay the same amount. My neighbor is worried it would use a lot of water. I didn't think it would really use all that much, but he is worried about a lot of evaporation. It will plug into the outlet out back (yard is fenced in). Thanks a lot for everyone's input!
