    Does anyone know of a combination bath fan, light and heater (not a heat lamp) that doesn't require a dedicated 20 amp circuit for the heater. All the units I have seen require the dedicated 20 amp circuit.

    Thanks for all your help. The comments and feedback are helpful. I think will take a webinar class and in the meantime decide how I am going to incorporate this into my inspection business. I have been doing inspections for a long time but this is all new to me. Thanks again.

    Has anyone tried either of these models and if so what did you think? looking for an entry level type camera, any suggestions?
