    In NED'?!? I lived in Boulder, just down the hill from Ned'. Ned' is known for its, er, nonconformists. They'd have crazy fun festivals such as "Frozen Dead Guy Days", which celebrates the town's founder. The founder is dead and is kept frozen in a great-nephew's backyard shed. The nephew was deported a few years ago so the town took over supplying the ice. REALLY! --Peter Hsi

    I am looking for a reporting system that qualifies for insurance discount. Besides "Matrix", are there others? If so, which insurance company? It doesn't have to be software as I am a new inspector. --Peter Hsi
