Sorry didn't see the pic untill now doesn't matter look at it as a double pole breaker either way its 75 amps just like a double 30 its rated at 30 not 60

310.4 only allows 1/0 in alum or copper to be ran in parallel so you would have to have it feeding 240 amp if alum or 300 amps copper
