    Howdy, New construction, looks like the builder used a non typical anchor to attach the support post to the concrete footing. Does this work? Is there a specific anchor I should ask to be used in this condition? Thanks Download Attachment: support post conection.jpg 220.81 KB

    I am a brand new inspector that is using HomeReport. It is the soft ware developed by AHIT. I'm having a lot of problems with crashing and freezing up. They have a new version coming out sometime this year. I don't know if I can wait. I'm definitely thinking about switching soon. I don't see any reviews for HomeReport anywhere. Has anyone on here used it?
