How are you pricing and marketing infrared imaging in inspections? I have viewed several inspection firm web sites and see that some offer a quick analysis as part of their normal inspection, some offer it as an extra at an hourly rate of $100-$200, and some just say "infrared photography". Even after completing the 16-hour infrared introduction course and obtaining the Level I certification later on, I realize there is no substitute for practical application in the field.

How are you pricing for using infrared imaging on home inspections - included in fee or charging an hourly rate on top of the inspection fee?
