It's definitely mostly price shoppers, and most of the inspectors using it are priced way too low, but if you have a solid sales letter as your response it can work. I've spent $60 dollars or so and have gotten 3 inspections from it. Scott Brown Brightside Home Inspections in Syracuse NY
