    Badair Thank you for the recommendation. Maintenance guy just "cleaned" them yesterday. This is an apartment I just moved into last month. Do you think the suspect-looking spots are mold and/or mildew? Thanks again, SC

    Could someone please identify if this is mold and/or mildew? (Might be hard to see in the first photo, but there is this grey/white powdery substance). Trying to get the apartment manager to send someone to inspect... Thanks in advance!
