    My understanding is that you must be a full-time employee of a pest company in Florida to be licensed. I know that some HI's here do them, but I didn't go there. Instead, I worked a deal with a local company and sub it out to them. They come while I'm there, give me their report, and I add it to mine. I include a fee for this in my invoice (marked up slightly for admin), and pay the pest company twice a month for all the inspections that they do for me. Not as profitable as doing it myself, but quite legal.
