Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and looking forward to learning from experienced inspectors and electricians here. I have a question that's been on my mind during recent inspections. In homes that are less than 15 years old, what electrical issue do you encounter most often? Some possibilities I've noticed discussed in the industry include: Improper GFCI or AFCI protection Loose or poorly terminated conductors Overfilled electrical panels Incorrect breaker sizing Missing bonding or grounding connections I'm interested in hearing what problems you see most frequently and whether there are any inspection techniques that help identify these issues more efficiently.
