AHI, Well put. I just wanted to chime in and thank you guys for the diligent proof reading on my web site. (I think the typo was on page 30 something in the report!!) That 'sample,' was a compilation and was not an actual real inspection report. I have been so busy I have not had much time to respond. I think the point of Melina's post was that if you want to be safe and in this business for the long term you must protect yourself with the best and most thorough professionals possible. That is me according to her and I am flattered. She knows that no matter how much business she (or anyone else) sends me I will protect everyone involved with my thoroughness. I am a little curious that you seemed to have issues with my report. I have seen and shopped other inspection reports for the last 5 years and mine is one of the easiest for a home buyer to understand. Oh well.... Thanks again for the feed back!
