... ... ... This just in! In a most recent internet transmission, HI Bin Laden - 'Certified' HI Mold Tester/Leader has decreed the assassination of Dr. Richard Lockey. He stated " Dr. Richard Lockey's public denouncement of MOLD is a threat to our pockets and livelihood. If we must rely on Home Inspections to earn a living, we may as well go out of business. I have 'Certified' (in one day) a special network of Mold Testing HI's to make Dr. Lockey perish by ingesting Blue Cheese into his system".

I spoke to Devra Nusbaum on 10/12/03. She is the Assistant to Assemblywoman Susan John who sponsored the A0076B Bill. The effective date is 12/31/05.

Fresh out of my digital camera. Not only is it a Federal Pacific (FPE) Main Panel, but the original cover was nowhere to be found. Check out this genius's combustible cover and the 1 foot height off the dining area floor for children to stick fingers and forks into. Not to mention, if you look closely at the bottom left corner of the pic, you'll notice the white top surface of the electric baseboard heater. I would like to see a sparky say this FPE is O.K.
