There is no grill on the door, I mentioned that at minimum a grill needed to be added. A large grill!!

It seams to me that the return/Heat pump was put in backwards. There was no access to the air-handler/heat-pump

The door shuts tight and yes, this is the only return in the apartment/condo.

Can a return air duct for a heat pump/air handler be placed inside of a laundry closet with a Door? I can't imagine it can, but I need to ask. The temp differential would significantly drop. Is this wrong? The compressor is located on the roof and not yet connected to the electrical disconnect, so the unit was not tested for function. This is in a Condo

Thank-You Frank, the FEMA Website was helpful. The overhead maps have great detail of the flooding areas. Are there any notes that should be made in my inspection report, or should I recomend evaluation by a goe inspector

Could anyone tell me what I should be looking for in a back yard (aside from any obvious bulging or soft spots in the yard) that has a creek running through it? The creek is about 175' from the house.

WOW! This sounds like a great device. I am not sure I would like to be the test pig for this.
