What Type of Reporting Method Do You Use?

Been in the biz for 3 years. have tried plenty all kinds of reporting software. finally settled on Homeguage. tried 3-d for awhile . cannot imagine doing on site reports. the legal aspects alone would scare me to death.I retun to office and review notes & pics. then do the report in about 3 hours.After reviewing I send it email/pfd Homeguage is a good way to go ,not perfect but I have found it can be made pretty good.
