I like to carry a small shop vac and extension cord for popcorn ceiling debris and also an older bed sheet for under my ladder for use in the home.

The Costco ladder I bought from the blue box was the 17 foot model. For safety I would recommend the extra length. This is really helpful when you use it as an "A" frame. I have used it for inspections for four years and no problems.
