I've described brick work as a disaster with catastrophic failure as a possibility. I've said "royally screwed up" several times in reports. Also, "completely wrong" (w/the correct method described), "sloppy", "idiotic", etc. Customers understand it, and like it. A lot. Realtors hate it, which suits me fine.
