Well, if you want honesty, just ask inspectors. I am no marketing genius, but the website definitely needs some love. The lay out is wrong. The call to action should be above the fold. The color scheme doesn't really work. I would suggest reading "Marketing Made Simple" by Donald Miller to start out. He goes in to pretty good detail there.

Looking for a product ID on composite siding

This is an engineered wood siding. One brand is smartside I believe. It is similar to an OSB product.
