farrsouth Posted April 8, 2011 Report Share Posted April 8, 2011 Couple of questions here, I am renovating an existing building that we will be moving onto a building lot by Lake Erie. The building is 24 x 32. approx 800 sq ft with two bedrooms, 12 x 11 and 12 x 10 and a bathroom, 7 x 9.
