antnida
I dug up a trench to replace my old cast iron sewer line and the old galvanize water line is next to it just a little higher. I am going to replace that as well since concrete will be poured and it will be more costly to replace that in the future. There are different opinion regarding the type of pipe or tubing to be replace, PEX, flexible copper, cpcv and hdpe (black poly pipe). I was recommended HDPE but none of my area plumbing store carries the black poly pipe, home depot have it only available to ship. I see that Grainger carry it. Does any one know if Northern CA allow black poly pipe to be install as a service line. One like this Link Link
