hausdok Posted September 16, 2007 Report Share Posted September 16, 2007 We've all been there - have had to inspect beat up rental properties that have been neglected by landlords for years and are now being sold to someone else. The city of Green Bay has them too and is doing something about it, but the slumlords aren't real happy about it. Might there just be a potential inspection market in this sector?
