    Yeah that's exactly what my wife says! Just don't want him to waste time on something that won't work when there are other things that will work. But it probably can't hurt. I resist what I don't understand lol!

    I think this is a crazy idea but I would like to hear from some people who may know more than I do. My son swears Pinterest is the new big think in social media marketing although there seems to be a new big thing about every week or two. But he says we should start a Pinterest page with graphics, pictures, etc., etc. Looks to me like Pinterest is all recipes, I don't see how it would help much with what we do. Has anyone here ever tried Pinterest? I look at it and I just don't get it. Maybe if I was a chef or something. I just want to inspect houses and do what I love. Hate the marketing part of it. I promised my son I would seek out some expert advice though!

    Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. My present contract has been reviewed by an attorney but some time has passed since then and I have just been thinking about it lately and wondering if there is something else I could do to cover my bases. I don't really worry about lawsuits but the possibility is always there.

    I'm not sure if this is the right category for my question but I will give it a shot! I'm looking for a website that might have a few good examples of recent contracts. Since it's a new year I want to see if my agreement is missing any important language that will help me if I ever get a lawsuit filed against me......perish the thought lol! Any suggestions appreciated, thank you!

    Oh wow, you just made some great points, Resqman. I suppose it might be good for networking with realtors too if you're into building those kind of relationships. You are right, we are always looking for new jobs.....Very eye opening, thank you! Marketing is not my strong suit, I have a lot to learn there.

    At the risk of seeming overly opinionated for a newbie.....I agree with others, the resolution on this cannot be very good. Applications would be really limited. Probably be best used for hunting or frog gigging! lol

    I have my son looking into social media for me.....mainly Twitter and FB. I am not sure I understand what Linked In is for yet. It seems like it is for people who are looking for a job and that ain't me......yet!

    That is a good question Oscar. There really is only one category that we fit under and that is Real Estate-Mortgage....and even that is not a good fit! (I know I am late answerin gyour question.....I'm new here like you. I only am answering because no one else did and I think it is a good question.
