  1. I actually have them in the home I just bought. They are no good, hard to find and expensive when you do!
  2. Here is a diagram we us to show clearances. Most people don't realize there is also a height requirement as well. Never thought about it until I ran across one that had the main breaker at 84in from the floor!
  3. Clean looking panel, most tandem breakers are meant to be placed at the bottom of the panel not near the top where 240v breakers are meant to be placed. Breakers should descend in size down the panel.

  5. This has happened to me a few times as of late. I have come to realize some sensors don't react well to a swift kick of the foot. Rather they need to be obstructed momentarily to trip. I suggest doing as I have, start stepping in the way of the beams so there is no confusion.
