John, Not from my client, but the insurance company is requiring a complete roof replacement because of missing granular.

Inspected a roof back in March; here are some photos. What would you say about this roof?

He further advised that he would address any further questions from the Committee regarding the program’s development and InterNACHI’s intentions if requested. Can someone explain the end game here?

Here's what I found at yesterdays inspection. Some ugly, some not so ugly.

In newer townhouses, I've seen where there is a 'clean-out' door about 18 inches below the dryer connection.

What, if anything would you say about this oil tank. The stain is just that, a stain, not wet.

They were installed in the offices on the last school I did 2 years ago. Start-up and trouble shooting was a big problem. There were some internal control problems that took a long time to get parts from the factory. After the initial start-up difficulty, they seemed to be working fine; no call backs from the school.

What, if anything would you say about this? I've seen this installed where the opening is on the bottom at a rear venting unit, but not this. Thanks Click to Enlarge 57.01 KB
