scott jarvis
Is anyone out there running 3D software on an Apple computer? If so, are you using Boot Camp or Parallels? My local Apple store won't go the extra mile to load my software on one of their machine to see if it will work and I don't want to shell out that kind of money on a "maybe". rkenney
The software manufacturer (3D) should test and specify their software for different platforms. It's not up to the hardware manufacturer to determine whose software is compatible. Call 3D and get their 'word' on the story.
scott jarvis
Did check with 3D already. They said its not supported, but there are inspectors who are using it on a Mac. Just wondering if anyone was on TIJ using it that way.
ghentjr
I have used both Bootcamp and Parallels on some financial programs and Parallels is (newest version) hands down the best. I use a macbook pro.
Marc
3d doesn't have personnel on hand that are familiar with Apple so they don't want you to call them with your troubles, but I heard of guys running it on apple successfully.
