RK52 Posted November 1, 2017 Report Share Posted November 1, 2017 This is on just a few tile roofs in the neighborhood. Some are actually painted to match tile color. Doesn't seem to matter if it is S-tile or flat. There is damage from improper /missing flashing in other areas (eaves), but not anywhere near the two taped peaks. Repair, or prevention?
