    Can doors leading from condos to common halls (large new condo conversion) be hollow core. Does anyone have a reference? The door frame is metal and is labeled as, "This frame is fire-rated, etc," but the door is a cheesy hollow core Masonite. I have a reference that states that doors leading to common stairways in multi-units need to be fire rated but not from unit to common hall.

    I only found one plate. I was unable to find the BTU's or any serial number. The boiler had a light green jacket which just said older than ten years to me.

    Can I get any help on the age of a Peerless steam boiler, #G-1461. Owner claims he installed it 1994. Looks more like 25 + years. Thanks. Mike, Chgo.
