Darren Posted January 19, 2013 Report Share Posted January 19, 2013 New Jersey has been under the National Standard Plumbing Code which prohibited the use of AAV's unless the use was designed by a 'licensed design professional'. After the ICC changed it's evaluation report, NJ is allowing the use of AAV's in residential properties.
