Haubeil
I had the most interesting request from a potential client...asking that they want to make sure the house they'll be buying was never a 'meth lab.' How can an inspector tell for sure? Regardless, any negatively impacting safety concerns from buying a prior meth lab? Thanks, Haubeil
Bill Kibbel
Caoimhin Connell, who visits here occasionally, has put together some detailed info here: www.forensic-applications.com/meth/recognition.html
Scottpat
Personally I would tell them that I have no way of guaranteeing that request, but I will find them a source for it. I would then ask them what is their budget for this type of survey. I might lose the inspection, but I would also be able to sleep better not worrying about it.
