mooretj Posted March 8, 2004 Report Share Posted March 8, 2004 Hello everyone. Well I need a little advice for my best friend who is buying a home in Allen Texas. He is buying a new construction home in the Summerfield sub-division built by Morrison Homes. I was wondering what the builders track record is and if anyone has inspected any of there homes or any in the sub-division. He is going to need an inspection for new construction if the builder turns out to be a known crook. Yes that means they will probably buy it regardless of the reputation of the builder because his wife has already gotten emotionally envolved with the house even though it is not yet built. I can not give them any advice on the home nor can I do several onsight visits of the home during construction because I live in Florida so any help would be appreciated and possibly rewarded with business.
