Click to Enlarge 40.23 KB 6:12 roof with barely 6' clearance right at the ridge, less than 4' to the collar ties, and 2x4 ceiling joists. Yes, I guess an "art studio" is a possibility...for a lightweight midget! I was also quite disappointed not to find the "over 6 ft of insulation", just a very normal 6 inches burying the active, 96 year old knob and tube wiring. Other signs included one stuck to the 125-amp service panel claiming it was a "new 200-amp breaker panel" and another advertising the apple tree in the back yard as "producing lots of apple pies, fritters and apple crisps".
