I guess I was lucky, I inspected the house across the street from me for a single female client. Well I didn't know it at the time, but she worked for the newspaper as a writer while attending law school. She and my wife became friends and being the nice person she is looked at all my stuff and did the corrections for me. Sort of a two for one special!

That is the exact reason why I go on the roof first, walk to the rear and whistle. I f there is a dog he can't jump high enough to bite me![:-graduat

I carry toilet paper also, the most important item in my when needed![:-graduat

Here's my two cents (for what it's worth), I really don't think leaving a space at the outer edges makes any difference. I have inspected crawls (of all ages) that never had a vapor barrier and could not find any moisture issues. Most damage I find was caused by leaks from kitchens and baths. Heck, down here the humidity in the air is in the 80 and 90 % range most of the year.

I did get the manufacturer name, just couldn't where I wrote it in the truck (note to self-clean truck asap!). You were right it isn't allowed to be exposed. Thanks!

Hey guys, today I found pex cold and hot supply line exposed to the weather ( outside of home ) I have heard that this is not allowed, but can't seem to find anything to back it up. Anyone know for sure?
