I guess I was lucky, I inspected the house across the street from me for a single female client. Well I didn't know it at the time, but she worked for the newspaper as a writer while attending law school. She and my wife became friends and being the nice person she is looked at all my stuff and did the corrections for me. Sort of a two for one special!
Here's my two cents (for what it's worth), I really don't think leaving a space at the outer edges makes any difference. I have inspected crawls (of all ages) that never had a vapor barrier and could not find any moisture issues. Most damage I find was caused by leaks from kitchens and baths. Heck, down here the humidity in the air is in the 80 and 90 % range most of the year.
Well, electrical is not my strong suit, so I am going to let the others chime in on this post. But I do want to THANK YOU for your service to our country and I wish you a speedy and safe trip home[:-angel]
I did get the manufacturer name, just couldn't where I wrote it in the truck (note to self-clean truck asap!). You were right it isn't allowed to be exposed. Thanks!
Hey guys, today I found pex cold and hot supply line exposed to the weather ( outside of home ) I have heard that this is not allowed, but can't seem to find anything to back it up. Anyone know for sure?
Don't forget, Kentucky is still undeafeted as well. Your right Brian the sec is deep this year, what would it be like if Tennessee and Arkansas were Playing better? Scary huh?
Vandy has a chance if they can score on special teams. AU's defense is real good. I have heard the offense is scrapping that new spread offense they installed over the winter. Roll Tide Roll baby![^]
Hey Phillip, do you remember seeing that sluder rep at the ashi-south meet? He had that shower system that Mike Holmes uses alot, why not recommend that to your clients.
They look like heat pumps that I call mini-splits,but maybe the photo is making them look smaller than they actually are. Most mini-splits that i see are designed for small areas.
