Hi Dave,

Well, if it's held up for decades and absent the ability to test the cement to know whether it's the correct type or not, how likely is it that it wasn't used. Call it or let it go?

Me? I'd probably tell 'em it's atypical; but, absent proof that they hadn't used the proper adhesive, I wasn't going to call it.
