The title on the page is: "What's the most extreme thing you've ever had to do in order to close a transaction?" I redacted agent's images & names mostly to protect myself I would imagine. I find these interesting/humorous. Notable the agent from Spring, TX who stood to make $12K in commission. I can only imagine the heartburn the agent experienced from the inspection report. And to think the inspector might have been paid $400.00. I apologize for the quality in the scanning, but it is still readable.
