Concrete and clay tile roofs suffered a lot of damage in the regions hit by hurricanes Katrina & Wilma. This manual is a good addition for the bookshelf of any inspector who regularly sees these installations but it will be invaluable for inspectors from outside that region who are working as sub-contractors for one of the FEMA contractors doing damage assessments of hurricane damaged homes.
