homnspector Posted June 9, 2006 Report Share Posted June 9, 2006 I had a Realtor tell me today a client backed out of a sale because the HVAC guy told them that under AZ law, they cannot REPAIR a 10 seer unit! Does anybody know if this is true? I understand that you cannot replace a 10 SEER with a 10 SEER, but repair? Also, is there any way to determine the SEER rating?
