Stripped hinge screws

Would you write up stripped screws in hinges on doors in new construction even if the hinges were not loose and the door was otherwise hung properly?

It's not that I try every screw, but I have noticed that if a screw isn't properly seated in the hinge it's almost always stripped out in the jamb.

I write them all the time.

If it's stripped on a brand new door, they're probably all over-tightened and all of them will loosen sooner or later.
