The anecdotal info is that having E&O insurance increases the likelihood of a lawsuit. I am wondering if you would be open to doing a poll on on TIJ on who has insurance and who has been sued to see if there is any validity to that. Anonymous of course. Something that will compare the percentage of HI's with E&O that have been sued to the percentage without that have been sued to determine if the accepted opinion is true.
