The following product safety recall was voluntarily conducted by the firm in cooperation with the CPSC. Consumers should stop using the product immediately unless otherwise instructed.

Incidents/Injuries: The firm is aware of one report of the hinge breaking, causing the sash to fall. No injuries have been reported.

This may be why they are rated number one in customer satisfaction, they find a problem and voluntarily fix everyone's windows, not just the ones that complain.
